screen (see below). This option is not available if

╘═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╛
This is the screen that you will be presented with when you select 'File
Definitions' from the Configuration File Editing screen.
The first 6 items are optional TEXT files that can be included in your
report. These can contain any information you wish. ALL filenames are
optional, and may be left blank to cause ivNCR to skip that file.
Top File - This text file is placed in the report below the
header information, and above all nodelist information.
Common uses are to include information regarding what
this report is, contact information, etc.
New Nodes File - This text file is placed in the report after the
listing of new nodes. If there were no new nodes
added to the nodelist, this file is not placed in the
report.
Deleted Nodes File - This text file is placed after the deleted nodes
listing. If there were no deleted nodes, this text
file is omitted.
Down Nodes File - This text file is placed after the down nodes listing.
If there are no nodes reported down, this text file is
omitted.
Changed Nodes File - This text file is placed after the listing of nodes
with changed fields. If there are no nodes with
changes, this file will be omitted.
Bottom File - This text file is placed at the bottom of the report.
Output File - This is an optional field. When filled with a filename,
ivNCR will create a text file with a copy of the report
generated in it.
SAVING YOUR CONFIGURATION FILE
To save your configuration file, in either the 'Create' or 'Edit' mode, you
may press escape from the Edit Config main screen. If any changes were made,
you will be prompted to save them. If you select 'Yes' while editing an
existing configuration, the configuration will be saved. If you select 'Yes'
when creating a new configuration file, this is what you will see:
╒══════════════════════════╕
│ Filename : ░░░░░░░░ │
╘══════════════════════════╛
and you should enter the 8 character filename (no extension) of the config
file. It will be saved in the current directory.
If you select 'No' when prompted to Save Changes, all changes made will be
lost.
RUNNING ivNCR
-------------
ivNCR's ideal usage would be to run it when you hatch out new nodelists.
If you have ivNCR set to create a message, this is an ideal way to keep your
downlinks informed about what is going on in your network.
Commandline Syntax:
IVNCR [Configfile]
[Configfile] is the [drive:][path]filename.ext to the configuration file
that you wish to process.
